Scheduler 7.6.7.1 a small release available with Maximo 7.6.1.0

DOC version upgrade to 3.9.0.1 to work with Maximo's Java 1.8 upgrade

Optimization models enhanced

• Priority can be enacted as a constraint, an objective, or not at all

  • Basically you can have strict, loose, or no adherence to priorities.

• If the requirement number of resources is higher than the number of resources available, the WO is scheduled, but only for the most number of resources avail, and is also put in the "unscheduled WO" tab to let the user know there was an issue w/ that WO.

  • previously this would cause the optimization to fail with no reason codes

• a few other fixes also implemented

Ability to default the lock duration function as on in all applications using system property skd.duration.lock

Ability to show person and crew modify availability reason codes in different colors in Graphical Assignment - Assignment view

  • skd.modavail.color.SICK                 color for Sick reason code               #311151
  • skd.modavail.color.TRAIN              color for Training reason code        #dfc78e
  • skd.modavail.color.VAC                   color for Vacation reason code       #8c769f
• remember new reason codes can be added to the ootb values such as Meetings and Training below (Domain RSNCODE)
