What a great resource Tim.  If I ran a TBMO, I would definitely post these slides where all TBMO members, myself included, could see and reference.

Separation of the TBMA specialisations (Business, Data and Technical) has a potential to drive the value realisation through aligning business needs to the Roadmap.

This will be a great tool for helping to set up a TBMO, or even to improve an existing one.
