How to customize/update the landing page for IBM BAW Process Portal landing page after login for individual users

Follow the below steps to update the landing page for any user after login on the IBM BAW Process Portal –

  1. Login to the Admin Console Portal with an admin user id
  2. Click on the server admin tab



      3. Expand the User Management option from the left menu and click on Bulk User Attribute Assignment

      4. Click the View by User radio button

       5. Type in the user id

      6. Click on the Retrieve button


  1. Update either of the values Portal Dashboard Display Order or Portal Default Page
  • Tip – Default Value of Inbox is 1002, Draft folder is 1052
     

  1. Update either of the values Portal Dashboard Display Order or Portal Default Page and click on the Update button
     

 That should change the value as needed.
