Configuring Expand/Collapse level

Out of the box the system property skd.gslp.expandlevels is set to 0 and you will not have the ability to expand and collapse to a level using the numbered icons beside the description field.  By changing to the value in the system property you will always see the same values in all schedules for GSLP.  (In GS application we load all the data and know how many levels of hierarchy it has and dynamically put the right values in the description field to start with, however in GSLP we only load one page at a time and do not know how many levels their might be)
