Description: This workflow checks for the software version of SDWAN edge devices and generates a list of devices that do not match the software version provided as input.

List of requirements:

• Automated Observability Version: 2022.8 or later
• SevOne Version: 6.3.0 or newer

Environment Required:

• Viptela Controller:  needed to get vEdge device list
• Viptela Username / Password
• Mgmt IP of Viptela controller

Inputs:

• vEdge Software version

Setup:

• Workflow: Logs into Viptela controller and gets a list of device details via API call.
• Workflow: If the device state is active, the software version is compared with the version submitted as “input”
• Workflow: If the software version of the device matches the input version, the device name is saved in the “Version Match” array.  If the version running on the device is different the device name is added to the “Version Mismatch” array.
• Workflow iterates through the device list and checks the version of each device
• The 2 arrays of matched and mismatched devices are output when the workflow is completed

Expected results:

Two arrays with device names are output by the workflow.
