You can reach out to IBM Support or if you're a premium customer, you can reach out to your Project Executive to discuss getting started.  We also have a public Knowledge Center that you can access to start some initial learning: https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en/SSRJDU/configuration_hub/Watson_Assistant/welcome.html

As we follow an agile, continuous deployment methodology in Sterling development, there isn't a single date that we are tracking to. However our intent is to make it available over the course of 2Q2020 (not a commitment). Stay tuned for details.

We used to refer to some of the work we are doing around SCBN as SCBN Next, though admittedly we don't use that term any more. As part of our Multi-enterprise Business Network strategy, we are evolving SCBN to incorporate new networking concepts:

    1. An InfoHub to curate and evolve data that flows through the network.
    2. APIs to ingest and query from the InfoHub.
    3. Leveraging iPaaS platforms like IBM App Connect to facilitate the Network of Networks concept so central to the MEBN strategy by interlinking the InfoHub/SCBN with other API-driven systems and networks.

Introducing these capabilities is an evolutionary process. We are just now introducing iPaaS-based interconnects and have led with an interconnect between SCBN and IBM Food Trust. More are coming rapidly. Over the next couple of quarters you'll see the APIs emerging along with the InfoHub and its canonical form for B2B data and events. After that, we will be diving into how to interrelate traditional EDI networking flows with API-based flows, bringing new networking and data analysis capabilities to traditional EDI customers. So stay tuned.

Question 4) can you give an example of where cloud pack for data with IBM Sterling OMS would be utilized?
