Hello Pranjit,
You may be able to install and B2Bi may work flawlessly on Amazon Linux 2. The catch is when you face the issue with B2Bi and raise PMR. Since Amazon Linux 2 is not certified in compatibility reports, IBM tech support may not be able to help you or may not be able to provide a "tested" fix to your issue.
I would recommend to get EC2 compute instance of RHEL and use that. Also, you need to check on IOPS of your on-prem DB and size DB accordingly on AWS as their IOPS vary by size of the database.

Subject: AWS Linux 2 compatibility with B2Bi 5.2.6 / 6.0
Hi All,
We are currently planning to migrate our on Prem B2Bi to AWS cloud. As per software compatibility document available online, Amazon Linux 2 is not listed. Hence wanted to check if we move from existing on Prem RHEL to Amazon Linux 2 which is exact replica in respect to RHEL , will it be compatible with B2Bi ? Please let us know
Thanks
