🚀 Calling All Supply Chain Innovators!

IBM TechXchange 2025 is back—and bigger than ever! This year’s conference takes place October 6-9 in Orlando, Florida, and is designed by technologists, for technologists. And guess what? We want YOU to be a speaker!

If you're using IBM solutions to transform supply chain operations, streamline logistics, optimize inventory, or tackle supply chain disruptions, this is your chance to share your expertise on a global stage.

🎙️ Why Speak at IBM TechXchange 2025?

Presenting at TechXchange isn’t just about sharing knowledge—it’s about building your reputation and becoming a thought leader in supply chain technology. Here’s what you’ll gain:

A complimentary conference pass (client speakers can even bring a teammate!)
Professional speaker coaching to help you refine your presentation
Exclusive conference swag and official recognition as a speaker
A social media toolkit to promote your session and build your brand

Past speakers say this opportunity has been a game-changer for their careers, helping them gain visibility and connect with industry leaders.

🚀 What We’re Looking For: Supply Chain Sessions

The Call for Speakers is open now through April 11, and we’re looking for real-world supply chain success stories and technical deep dives in two formats:

🔹 20-minute Tech Talks: Short, impactful discussions on supply chain challenges, use cases, and innovative solutions. Great for solo speakers!

🔹 60-minute Technology Breakouts: In-depth technical sessions covering best practices, architecture, AI in supply chains, and client success stories. Co-present with an IBM expert if you’d like!

✍️ How to Submit Your Session

It’s simple to apply! When submitting, focus on:

🔹 The value of your session – What makes your experience important for the TechXchange audience?
🔹 Choosing the right category – Select a supply chain-related IBM solution as the featured product.
🔹 Your target audience level – Introductory, Intermediate, or Advanced—pick what fits best.

💡 Remember: The TechXchange audience is highly technical—so keep it practical, not sales-focused! Sessions that highlight client success stories and real-world implementations will receive extra attention.

🎤 What Happens If You’re Selected?

If your session is accepted, you’ll receive:

✅ An official invitation via email
✅ Access to the Speaker Portal (where you’ll submit your bio, headshot, and sign the consent form)
✅ A complimentary speaker pass—no registration code required!

The TechXchange team may also work with you to refine your session to fit the overall conference curriculum.

🌟 Speaker Coaching & Social Media Perks

All speakers get free access to professional coaching to enhance their presentation skills. Plus, the Speaker Portal provides custom-branded social media content, making it easy to promote your session.

💡 What Makes a Great Supply Chain Submission?

Attendees want practical takeaways they can apply immediately. Consider:

📦 Case studies – Share how your organization optimized supply chain operations.
📊 Best practices – Discuss how you’ve improved logistics, demand planning, or sustainability.
🤖 Technical deep dives – AI-driven forecasting, automation, and advanced analytics are hot topics!

The best sessions provide real insights and leave room for Q&A.

🚨 Don’t Miss Out—Submit by April 11!

This is your opportunity to stand out in the IBM Supply Chain Community at TechXchange 2025. Share your expertise, connect with peers, and help shape the future of supply chain technology.
