The thing, that makes me a little nervous is the message about array response time too high. As you hav no failed disk and the error Message comes from two arrays, i think there is a problem on the midplane or a Poweroutage, that cannot be covered by the batteries. It could be that both arrays are in a rebuild process? What about disk activities? more than normal? any orange LED burning?
The V3700 was sold by IBM and by Lenovo in parallel, but Drives are not interchangable (Firmware error). Please check the drives. Did You put new drives in the chassis? Had you a poweroutage? Tell us a little about the history of that machine and the logical configuration. What about the battery status?
