 Problem with IBM Storwize V3700 canister issue

Hi All,
I have a problem with IBM Storwize V3700 controller. The old controller was causing issues and I decided to purchase and swap with a new (refurbished) one. The new controller came completely  without SAS card, battery and RAM. I have took them from the old one and installed the new controller. The issue is that the new one is not booting. I receive this error:


It says that the controller is online, but the node is offline. Pinging the service IP also not working. The node is not visible via console and Service Assistant Tool. 
Could you please advice me what else I can try? Could this be because of faulty battery or faulty RAM?

First thing i would do is insert for a few seconds a formatted USB key in a port of the faulty canister.

A file should be written into the key whith the data that you can use to connect to the canister.

I will try that. 

Should I restart the controller before I insert the USB key (FAT32) , or directly insert it?

directly insert it. If nothing is written into the key than the code is not running on the canister (see leds status)
