    Hello everyone,

    I'm having an issue with the integration between Instana and my rack server. The metrics and data from the server are not being properly captured by Instana, which is affecting our monitoring and analysis capabilities. I've done some research and found some helpful resources, but I wanted to hear from others in the community as well.

    Here are some tips I've found so far:

    Check the compatibility of the Instana version with your server's operating system.

    Ensure that the Instana backend is properly installed on the server.

    Verify that the Instana agent is running on the server and is properly configured.

    Check the network connectivity between the server and the Instana backend.
