unfortunately in the events it does not show the "internal error" message, not under "Recommended Actions" not even under "All"
It show onle a sporadic "Array response too high"

In your Event Log View,
change the "Show All" at the top..

and Change it by clicking on it to be "Recommended Actions"

This will be much Clearer in showing you what the issue is,
You can also Click the "Run Fix" button above the list

To get details and instructions on how to resolve the problem.
As V3700 is very end of Service, you may have problems finding replacement parts and service - Good luck.

Hola Apostolos!
Would you share a screenshot from your CLI event log, the GUI event and the internal error? I don't think we have an equipment that old but I can take a look and compare
Have you considered an upgrade to 8GB to make it upgradable to 7.8.x.y? It seems worth it

Hi,
I have a V3700, firmware v7.5.0.14, cannot upgrade cause of the 4GB limit,
which is constantly in a red health status. If you move the mouse over the status it shows "internal error"
but there is no error or warning in the events.
Any idea what to do?
Thanks in advance
