Hello,
We have some XIV and A9000/R systems ... and I have been trying to get Support (TA) Tools in vain ...
I am unable to download them and the "Self Support Guide" documents we got with these products indicates the following:

The issue is that when I tried to send the email to this email address it comes back as not valid.
I have tried to contact IBM support via the site but it doesn't let me pass the robot to talk to an agent. It asks for an IBM contract for our Systems.
Can someone help me and give me a way to get these tools ? Replacing part using just the GUI/XCLI is like driving blind ...
Please help, I am desperate...
