Thank you.
I did not see the two person integrity listed in that page for 8.6. Is it assumed that any new function in a non-LTS release like 8.5.4 is in the latest LTS release like 8.6.0 or it's latest update (like 8.6.0.3)?

Hi Robert,
you can upgrade your 7300 to 8.6. There will be no downtime if your hosts are connected to both controllers and the multipath configuration is correct. Once you've upgraded to 8.6, you may also wish to consider using the Two Person Integrity feature, available since 8.5.4.0, which provides additional security on the 7300.

I am running:
FlashSystem 7300
Release: 8.5.0.10
MTM: 4657-924
I'm thinking of upgrading to 8.6.0.3 which is the current LTS version. It's been out a month.
According to the following an upgrade from 8.5.0.10 to 8.6.0.3 is supported.
https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/5692850#_V8.5.0
Release notes:
https://public.dhe.ibm.com/storage/san/sanvc/release_notes/86_releasenotes.html
While there's some features in the short term versions that my boss is anxious for, like two person integrity, I'm leaning towards just staying with a LTS version.
Any reason NOT to upgrade to 8.6.0.3?
How disruptive is this? Do I need to do this with systems using this brought down?
I have two Power 10's attached to this, running multiple lpars of IBM i each. And one lpar of AIX on one.
I am using IBM i Safe Guarded Copy.
