  • 1.  IBM Flashsystem 5035 and iSCSI

    Hello,

    I need an advice if possible to configure iSCSI :)

    I have FS5030, connected to server directly (192.168.x.x.)by node1,2 ports 2 (10Gbps) and there is iSCSI target sets on these ports 2. - and it's working fine. 

    On node1,2 ports1 i have set service IP from our network 10.0.10.0/24

    Question, is it possible also use node1/2 ports 1 as iSCSI targets and as service ports ?? I want to use this Storage as a backup for other server..

    Hi Tedew,

    Yes, you can use Port 1's as ISCSI. But as you have seen, these ports are 1Gbps.
