    Hi Everyone,

I hope this is the right place to post this question. We recently purchased a FlashSystem 5035 and opted not to pay for setup support. I recently read through the online documentation and believe I have this set up correctly. I have a question about IP addresses and iscsi initiator from Windows server 2019. I have 2 nodes with 4 10Gb interfaces in each. I gave each interface an IP address in the same subnet. All 8 ports are part of Host Port Group 1. So, in the iSCSI Initiator, under discovery, Do I put in all IP addresses form both Nodes? When I do so, both Nodes show up as targets. If I connect to both targets the volume I created shows up twice. Please help me set this up correctly.

    Thanks so much,

    Rick

    Hola Rick!
Is it possible that multipath has not been configured? I'd expect you see volumes only once when multipath is active.

Note: I kind of remember you need to reboot the host and do the connections again.

You have to specify more exactly, where you are looking for the storage.
In the Devicemanager there will show up the assigned volume multiple times, but multipathing will reduce the amount of volumes in the Diskmanager.
