Hello,
I have used Custom Description and Custom Short Description to be populated on Service Now Ticket while creating Ticket from Resilient Incident. But this new Custom short description is not getting reflected on the "name" (API Access Name - sn_records_dt_name) field of the Service Now Data table that is available on Resilient incident.
In the backend, how exactly data is populated in the Service Now Data table that is available on Resilient Incidents.
Kindly assist me to understand better, so that I will be able to have the custom value reflected on Resilient.
