This is my file configuration status：

I tried to obtain the manifest.txt file based on the document content.

Complete all the fields in Section 2 Extension Details of this Submission Portal.
Download the completed manifest.txt by clicking the link in the helptext.

To be honest, I don't know the difference between manifest.json and manifest.txt.，also I can't find the link in "helptext" either.

How can I obtain this file？Also, what are XML files and META-INF folders？

HI,

The validation team will need whatever is required to test the integration works as advertised, that might need just sample data, or it could require remote access to the software etc. It all depends in the details. I've sent a message with my IBM email address so we can discuss the specifics without you having to post the details here publicly.
