IBM Hosted SaaS QRadar SOAR 51 - is hosted app server an option?

    While helping a client with SOAR, I notice the App tab does not appear. According to Apps -> App Host Deployment Guide -> Intro -> Arch: "The App Host resides in your environment and must be able to access the SOAR Platform, the quay.io repository (or your own repository), and the hosts of the third-party applications that are integrated with the SOAR Platform."

    I can see the advantage of having app servers internal to the org so that connections can be made to on-prem or private cloud applications, however for publicly accessible applications like VirusTotal, or Cloudstrike, having an app server hosted by IBM would be advantageous. However, I can also s.

    So to restate my question: Does IBM offer app or integration server hosting as part of their SaaS service, or is this solely the responsibility of the customer?

    Hi Justin,

    Unfortunately  an app or integration server is not offered as a SaaS service and  setup/admin of these servers is usually done by the customer.
