I'm the Profile Administrator for our company's IBM Partner Plus (IBMPP) Portal. I need assistance with a specific access issue.
The Problem
Some of our registered employees need to access two key resources:

IBM Support Pages
-
Software Downloads (for testing/learning purposes)
For some users, these sites are requiring a specific IBM Partner Access Token for validation.
My Challenge
I was directed to find this Access Token within the IBMPP portal, but I cannot locate the correct page or setting.
Simple Question: What is the exact navigation path or administrative procedure I need to follow to provide this required access (or the specific token) to my colleagues?
Any guidance from another IBMPP administrator would be greatly appreciated!
