I am an experienced business leader, with a substantial career and educational background in strategic planning, c-suite communications, employee engagement, motivation, organizational development, workplace performance, executive coaching, cultural diversity and inclusion, customer advocacy, and marketing communications. I am a candidate for a Master of Arts degree in Executive and Organizational Coaching (2025). I hold a PCC designation through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and I am a Certified Executive Coach through Royal Roads University. I hold a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology – Organizational Behaviour and I’m a certified corporate director through the Institute of Corporate Directors.
