Has anyone used an automation script to run any escalations in Maximo? I found this abstract on the issue (https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/activate-escalation-automation-script) however it lacks information such as what type of script to use. I am aware of using Action scripts to run the automation scripts using escalations, but not the other way around. We are on 7.6.1.4 and occasionally we have to rerun a series of escalations. Rather than deactivating the escalations, rescheduling and then reactivating them manually and then setting them back up on their normal schedule we could do all of that in a script.
