 Upgrade Firmware 8.3 for Storwize V7000 Gen 2

Greetings dear,
 
I'm having trouble locating version 8.3 of the Storwize V7000 Gen 2 installation firmware, I'm currently on version 8.2 and I want to migrate to version 8.4, but first I need to update to 8.3 and then to 8.4. I want to upgrade because the SSD discs cannot be read. Please, if anyone has any help, I'd appreciate it.
Note: I'm trying to download from IBM's Fix Central portal (https://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral).

Hi Romano.

I also had trouble finding version 8.3. You might want to open a case with IBM support.

Hi to All
They can only obtain the firmware if they still have a maintenance contract with IBM or if they open a case with IBM, but a quote will be presented.
