 Unable to authenticate Trial user. This is from a client perspective

Hi i am running into this issue. Can anyone help me get around this error?

Hello Max,

If you are using an IBMid associated to an IBM email address there is an internal IBM site where you need to do this from, please reach out to me on Slack for more information.

If you are using a non-IBM email ID from this site https://bob.ibm.com/trial, were you able to go to the end of the process ? Did you get an email confirmation ? 

You can check the status of your subscription from the following dashboards:

For the record, this has been resolved :

When you land on the https://bob.ibm.com/trial page, if you already have an IBMid be sure to use the IBM  Account Log In link
