 Unable to access Process Mining Trial

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to start the IBM Process Mining trial, but I'm stuck in a loop. When I try to register, I get the message: "This user already exists".

I have already tried the recommended troubleshooting step:

  1. Going to https://ibm-process-mining-trial.automationcloud.ibm.com/

  2. Clicking on "Reset password" to trigger a new email.

I tried this with more than one email address, but I never receive the reset or the welcome email (checked spam/junk folders as well).

Could a moderator please help me verify the status of my account? My registered email is: thiago.villar [at] bip-group.com.
