 The task history has disappeared

All team members, myself included, are experiencing an issue where Bob's entire task history is lost after applying the Bob V2 version update.
After the update, a message appears stating: "Bob v1.0.0 chats were created with an older version of Bob. Continuing these chats in Bob v2.0.0 may affect response quality and consistency." We have confirmed that the history is lost regardless of whether we select "Migrate all" or "Skip migration" in response to this prompt.

Is this a bug caused by the version upgrade? Does this mean that any data not saved via "Export Current Task" is unrecoverable?
Also, where is the task history stored? I had assumed it was saved per instance, but the "Active log" in the management console does not show the history from V1.

Hello Pierre , Thank you for you reply.
I am aware of the contents of that thread, and the logs were indeed present at that local path. However, upon checking, I found the logs to be incomplete; even after asking Bob, it was not possible to fully restore the task.
I would like to know if there is any way to fully restore the task.

I am also seeing this on a fresh install  on Bob 2.0.1.

  • Fresh install
  • Same VS Code session
  • Created 4–5 tasks
  • "See all" only shows the last two tasks
  • No restart occurred between tasks
  • Task history appears incomplete
