 SVG V10 - Provisioning of non-employee identities

Requirement:

Old IAM-1

New IAM2 Project is implementation stage

IAM-1 & IAM-2 will be run in parallel until all apps onboaring from IAM-1 to IAM-2

During this parallel run of IAM systems (IAM-1 and IAM-2) during the apps moving from IAM-1 to IAMS-2 progessively, provisioning of non-employee identities (e.g., contractors, vendors, etc accounts) consistently and reliably across both platforms is crucial to ensure continuity, avoid access gaps, and simplify eventual decommissioning of IAM-1.

 What would be the best possible solution to Provisioning of non-employee identities in both IAM-1 and IAM-2?

Can you provide more details about your situation? What you've asked is a huge open-ended question that would require pages and pages to answer fully, and the answer depends quite a bit on your level of experience with IAM in general and ISVG specifically. So can you provide more background, your concerns, etc.? Also, it sounds like you're moving from one IAM application to another. Is that the case? That certainly throws more concerns into the mix.

I was tempted to answer here also when I saw your request.

Basically that is what Business Partners and IBM Expert Labs considers "core business" when doing ISVG work with clients.

I totally agree with Frank here - but let me give you an advice : Do not do this alone - get a seasoned IBM Business Partner or IBM Expert Labs involved - it may look expensive - but I can assure you that not involving SME on this will cost you much much more - both in time/effort....
