it would be helpfull if you provide some more informations, like
a) what code version is currently installed on the FS7200
b) what type of hosts and used OS are attached to the FS7200
c) etc.

The code is 8.*(latest) on both storage, and the hosts are SLES for SAP Application(SLES15SP6). Downtime is not a problem since it's a DR. Since, I am doing it for the first time, I am looking for a detailed architecture with steps, prerequisites etc.

The link in Everton's reply shows the prerequisites and required steps for the "non-disruptive volume migration" method. It's an easy and reliable way to migrate your data between the 7200 and 7300.
