Our customer who recently signed up for the free trial is reporting that they cannot authenticate with Bob. It seems they have configured all firewall whitelist entries described in the documentation, but after the message “The extension 'Bob' is attempting to sign in using Bob” appears and they click “Allow,” the browser (IBM ID authentication page), which should normally open, does not launch. Instead, they receive the following errors:■ Error shown in the UI“Sign-in failed: fetch failed”■ Error in the logs“Error triggering ibmSSOFlow: fetch failed”
What should we do to fix this issue?

One thing to check is firewall settings https://bob.ibm.com/docs/ide/troubleshooting/ts-firewall-rules#configure-your-firewall-to-allow-bob-domain
Hi @Pierre ViricelThank you for the comment. I haven't updated, but the customer said that the issue was resolved by reinstalling Bob.
