 Set Up to only Add Rows in ITPF

In the ITPF > "Expenses" > "Other" section, is it possible to remove the user's ability to delete rows?

Hello @Paulo Henrique Correa Pinto, Here is the expert answer by @Ashish Phule

No, user can either have full edit access or view only access at a Department/Cost Object level. It is not possible to allow add/update but restrict delete at this time.
