Hi! I am a new Maximo administrator and I am needing some input on a project that my employer wants to implement. They want to set up a self-service module that will allow employees to submit work orders for the maintenance and safety departments without needing to login to Maximo. I have researched the idea but I'm not sure exactly what will work in our environment. We are still running Maximo Asset Management v7.6.1.3 with the 027 interim fix and we are planning to migrate to MAS later this year. Below is our system information. I'm sure I could set up a demo to allow users to login to Maximo and create work orders but I'm unsure of the process of creating a guest portal for self-service work orders.
