hi I dont see a reference to S390x (z/OS) OSS packages here - Validated Open Source Software | IBM Z and LinuxONE Community. Where can I find this info for packages for z/OS? Thanks

Hi! Good question, and I agree, it is a bit confusing. The Validated Open Source Software page you mentioned focuses specifically on Linux on IBM Z, so it doesn’t include packages for z/OS.

For supported open source packages on z/OS, take a look at the IBM Open Enterprise Foundation for z/OS product. Complementing that is the zopen community, which provides 250+ open source tools on z/OS.
