 Request for Help: "FQDN Already Exists" Error When Adding "Qualtsing.com" to ns1 System

Dear IBM Support Team,
Hello!
I encountered an error while adding a domain name in the ns1 system. The details are as follows. I would appreciate your technical assistance:

Error Details

  • Error message: invalid: FQDN already exists
  • Domain name involved: Qualtsing.com
  • My account: nsny@qq.com
I have not yet found any previous association records for this domain name in the ns1 system. I would like to confirm the following questions:
  1. Does this error mean that "Qualtsing.com" is already bound to ns1 by another account?
  2. If I want to continue, do I need to unbind the original association first? Or are there other solutions?
Please help analyze the cause of the problem and provide guidance. If you require any additional information (such as my ns1 account, the time of the operation, etc.), please let me know.

Hi,

The domain 'qualtsing.com' was parked in our internal account to prevent lame delegation hijacking because this domain was delegated to NS1 Connect nameservers before being created in the NS1 Connect platform.

We've removed it, and you can add it to your account now.
