    Hi Kay,

Did you manage this domain via Netlify before?

    Thank you.

I take a look in our history. Since 20. January 2017 we are the owner of this domain at united-domains.de

Hi Kay, the "invalid: FQDN already exists" message usually means that the domain "hacknext.de" is already registered under another NS1 Connect account or organization. To resolve this, you can open a support ticket with IBM NS1 and provide verification that you own or manage the domain (for example, via a DNS TXT record or email confirmation). Once verified, the support team can transfer or release the domain from the existing account so you can add it to yours.

Hi Valentina, thank you but as a free member I can't open a ticket cause I have no IBM-ID which is mandatory in the openening process. (Or I haven't see the ID elsewhere)
