 RDI 9.8 - Opening Local PC File from Command Line Switch

I don’t recall if this should work with RDI.exe or not. 
Can I pass a local PC file name and have RDI open it directly the same way I can with other editors ?

No - not possible at the moment. 

I created an IBM idea for that use case a while ago (2021):
But it's still on "Future consideration" and I don't think, that we will see it.
