 Not Capitalizing Labor

I'm wondering if there are any companies out there using Apptio and you do not capitalize labor on projects?  If your company does not capitalize labor, wondering if we can connect for a conversation on this topic.

You might consider reposting this as a discussion rather than a question.  You're definitely asking a question which you'd like an​ answer to, but I'm thnking it may get more traction as a discussion.

We used to do it, not sure how Controlling are doing this now, possibly outside Apptio CT.

I don't think I've run into any companies that I've worked with that do this, sorry I couldn't be more help.  I'll keep my eye out for you though.
