 No data in Cost Source Master Data

Hi,
While going through the Cost Transparency course I am facing issue with cost allocation.

Pg 24 of Introduction to Cost Transparency R12 – Student Guide tells me that I should see the Cost Source model dollar value allocated to Labor. After following the specified steps my Cost Source model shows $0 and so does Labor.

 
I think this is because there is no data is Cost Source Master Data. I do not see any step for uploading that information either.

My Username: admin@student38.com

project name is Cost Transparency Sam.

I cannot proceed with this course due to this issue. Any help is appreciated.
