 Need help: Unable to obtain API key for Bob

Recently I signed up for the trial of IBM BOB.  You can see the email below indicating success.  However, I have not received an email with an API key, therefore I cannot use it yet. Can anyone help me get in touch with someone to help me obtain the API key for Bob?  My 30 days are running out and I haven't been able to try it at all!

You won't get an API key. 

What you need to do is, press the login button in the Bob IDE and log into your IBM id (the one where you started the trial). 

As I also had some trouble, you should set your Windows default browser to Google Chrome and on the Mac use Safari. I had problems with Firefox - a colleague had trouble using Edge - but Google Chrome worked for both of us on Windows.
