Hi there, is there a chance to check out several datasets at the same time. On a monthly basis I need to manually check in about 15 datasets, one by one, so doing it all at once would certainly save me some time and actions. For the check in it works pretty well.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding what you're asking - I usually have several datasets checked out and then checked back in at the same time. Can you provide a little more detail about what you're having trouble doing?

@Robert Krauss  I think the function that is being asked for here is to check out the data sets the same way that we check them in.  Checking out all of the tables by collection or by selecting them.  ​

Say that we had all datasets in a specific category. We could

  1.  Select them all in the explorer:


  2. Or select the category itself:

With this concept, we would hit the Check Out button and the system would check out all of them at once.

@Michael Enslein , it is exactly what  @Robert Krauss says. We can check in multiple datasets in one click, however I don't know how to check out multiple datasets in one click. I need to check them out one by one.

Yes that is correct.  You can check in everything at once, but checkout is one item at a time.  I see Jenny suggested submitting an idea.  if you'd like to post a link to the idea here, I suspect you'll get a number of votes. :-)
