I am trying to check preloaded database information via this url:
https://hostname:port/maximo/oslc/graphite/mobile/db?info=1&user=username
I get the following error message
Any thoughts on what I am missing?

I don't agree with how it was done (it should be tied to a signature option to make it a permission that the client can assign to any relevant group) but it depends on your user being in the MAXADMIN security group today.
