Apologies if this is a duplicate post - but my previous one seems to have not been saved.
We are exploring the use of Maximo Scheduler / Optimiser instead of our current external scheduling tools.
One of the aspects we need to consider is minimising travel time. To achieve this we need to setup a Map Provider in Manage Map Manager.
I believe the only supported options in MAS 9 are ESRI or Open Street. I am struggling to find the appropriate public basemap urls to use and do I need to create accounts for these. If so how do I apply the credentials for these in Map Manager
