 Maximo Inspection Forms - Challenges with Maintaining Existing Forms

Hi team,

I'm currently working with Maximo Inspection Forms and have run into what feels like a usability limitation when maintaining existing forms.
For example, if a form contains five prompts (1-5) and I later need to insert a new prompt into position three, there doesn't appear to be a way to drop the new prompt and reorder the prompts. Instead, I have to delete prompts 3-5, add the new prompt, and then recreate the deleted prompts.
This becomes increasingly time-consuming as forms grow in size and complexity.
Has anyone else encountered this issue, and if so, what workarounds or best practices have you found? Also, is anyone aware of a configuration change, enhancement request, or potential solution that could allow prompts to be reordered or inserted more easily in the future?

Hi Scott,

Are you using MAS? There's an option to reorder questions by drag and dropping the order. Is that what you're looking for?
