Hi Team.. Can someone help explain the OOB logic in Maximo Mobile for Start Timer when a work order is assigned to a crew?
We have tweaked the Assigned WO list query to also show work orders assigned to the technician’s crew. We have observed that when the technician starts the timer on such a WO, labor actuals get added for all crew members.
How does Maximo determine this behavior—does it rely on crew assignment, crew labor setup, or server-side processing?
