 MAS Manage intermittent login error: OpenID Connect client returned with status: SEND_401","error":401

Hi Team Maximo,

We have upgrade Maximo 7613 to MAS 9.0 and able to login to Manage successfully. However intermittently facing below error while logging in. 

Error: OpenID Connect client returned with status: SEND_401","error":401

Before the error message displayed, login wheel spins for around 2-3 minutes and the abve message displayed in the browser. Other applications like MAS Home and Admin works fine in same browser/tab, but issue with Manage only. 

We have imported our own CA certificates. 

Please share if anyone has faced the issue before and any resolution.

Hi Prashant,

Ensure both Root and Intermediate CA certificates are correctly imported into the MAS Manage trust store.
