Facing "unknown playbook failure" with the Manage foundation installation, has anyone experienced this before?

IBM Maximo Application Suite CLI Container v15.9
IBM Maximo Operator Catalog Selection - 9.1

Environment Specifications:
OpenShift (4.16)
Database: SQL Server
Target: Mas Core deployment along with Facilities
Customizations: None - standard installation

Installation Command Used
mas install
Selected "No" when prompted "Install Manage? [y/N]"
Selected "Yes" when prompted "Install Real Estate and Facilities"

Installation fails at the stage: app-cfg-manage

I'm getting the same issue installing facilities 9.1.2 right now. Looks like the manage foundation workspace install never completes due to the above error. It was working fine for me when I did the exact same deployment last week. I will report back if I find a fix in my environment.

1. Confirm Environment Compatibility — Ensure your setup matches IBM’s supported specs:

OpenShift version: 4.16 or higher

Database: SQL Server (or other supported DB)

MAS CLI version: v15.9 or newer

Operator Catalog: Correctly selected for MAS 9.1

2. Review Installation Command Flags — Check if you selected:

“No” for Install Manage? [y/N]

“Yes” for Install Real These choices affect which components are deployed and may skip required dependencies.

Try removing any secondary languages you have configured, if any, from the manage foundation workspace
