 Locking "Existing Headcount" Columns for Forecasting

Hi - I was wondering if there's any one on this group that has the same challenge as what we have in our current IT Planning process design. 

So, we load our "Actual" Internal & External headcount every month in IT Planning to reflect existing resources per area. This enables the Leaders to visually identify how many resources they have month-over-month as reference and that enables them to update their planned headcounts in the future.  

That said, there are times when, Cost Center Owners have "intentionally/unintentionally" removes/deletes existing headcounts. This raises challenges to our Admin in ensuring that when the plan is rolled over to the next month, it would just carry over the Existing Headcount and update the current month with its actual headcount. 

Is there a way for us to lock past months column for "Labor"? Just like the "others" tab that has "External Inputs" where those are lock? 
This is more on housekeeping and wanted to understand if you have similar scenario, what are your workarounds?

Hi Rose,

Wanted to follow up on this one. Unfortunately, this is not currently possible. I've filed a feature enhancement request to our ITP to see if we could have this implemented in the future.

Hey @Joe Simmons, thanks for your feedback on this. I have also talked with our Apptio Support assigned to us and he'd also look if that can be possibly included in the system's improvements in the future.
