 I'm setting up SOAP API service

I'm setting up SOAP API service in datalink, when I click on Test I am getting the following error:

  • Service: Could not parse WSDL: null
  •  Method: Skipped because dependent test was not successful
  •  Parameters: Skipped because dependent test was not successful
  •  Apptio Destination: Success
  •  Notify & Archive: Success

    I'm I missing something?

@George Toukolon Sounds like the URL may not be able to resolve from the Apptio side.
Could you submit a support case, and ask that Apptio support look at the specific logs when the connector is run. That should provide additional info that may help resolve the issue.

Has authentication been setup? Does your login have the proper privileges?

Yes. The API or wsdl is public and does not require authentication. It is working in Swagger inspector and my SOAP UI. Something is going on on the Apptio side.
