I hope everyone is doing well.
We recently moved from ICM to BAW 24.x.x version with external ICN configuration. Now We need our developers to give access to Workflow Center tool to create Case Solutions and Process Apps.
Our developers are able to login to Workflow Center tool but do not see "Create" button either for Case or Process in short do not have access to create either Case or Process apps.
Our developers have access to create and modify existing or new Case solutions in BAW Case Builder.
My question here to the community is to share the steps to configure the create, modify and deploy Case and Process apps from Workflow Center.
Upon some search on the web, I found these points relevant. Just want to see if someone can guide with more clear steps before I try these options
Assigning Roles in WebSphere Application Server
Navigate to the WebSphere Integrated Solutions Console.
Go to Users and Groups and assign the user to the IdMgrWriter role.
IdMgrWriter
Ensure they have the necessary permissions to create, modify, and deploy applications.
Configuring Security in Process Admin Console
Open the Process Admin Console and add the user to the tw_admins group if they need administrative privileges.
tw_admins
Assign them to appropriate teams or groups based on their responsibilities.
I understood that there are two groups tw_admins and tw_authors which can give a user permission to create, modify and deploy.
We need to use Process Admin applications to assign a user to these groups under User Management section.
