Dear IBM NS1,

I want to add salmanshafi.info domain on my ibm ns1 account, but showing this {"message":"invalid: FQDN already exists","details":[{"type":"request-id","message":"fdd5a3cd-631f-4ed8-9214-b5bd9a8c460e"}]} maybe my domain parken on ibm ns1, any way available to remove this domain from ibm ns1 parked zone? (Sorry for bad english)

Hi Salman,

Thanks for reaching out!  This domain has been cleared from our parking lot account and is free for you to create.  If you get this error again, it means the domain was picked up by our automation and parked again, just reach out here and we'll clear it again.  Our automation to park lame delegated zones runs once every 24 hours.
