Maximo used to be, and as Manage I'm sure still is, very sensitive to how do you open new tabs.
Having said, the key question is here is how did you open new tab to get this error? What I mean is what was the actual URL you start with when new tab gets opened? Does it happen every time you try it?
The other aspect is how is your system set up?
